Position: Java Python AI Engineer
Duration: 12+ months – contract
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

JOB DESCRIPTION

SKILLS NEEDED : Java 8, Spring Boot, Python, SQL, GIT

Required Skills

•             Strong experience in Java development Java 81117 or above

•             Handson experience with Spring Boot Spring MVC and related Java frameworks

•             Experience in designing and developing REST APIs and microservices

•             Proficiency in Python programming for automation integration or backend development

•             Good understanding of SQL and relational databases Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL etc

•             Experience with source control tools such as Git

•             Understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC and Agile methodologies

•             Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills

Preferred Skills

•             Experience working with Generative AI GenAI tools and platforms such as GitHub Copilot Anthropic Claude Google Gemini or similar solutions

•             Experience leveraging AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot to improve developer productivity

•             Exposure to cloudbased AI services on Azure AWS or Google Cloud Platform

Nice to Have

Handson experience integrating GenAI capabilities into Java and Pythonbased applications

Experience building AIpowered APIs assistants copilots or agentic workflows

Understanding of MCP Model Context Protocol AI Agents and enterprise AI solution architectures
