The Role • Actively manage IT resources within large, complex framework agreements with a significant focus on personnel service providers. • Select and manage suitable IT service providers for demanding projects within an extensive supplier network. • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource management, and monitoring. • Prepare tender documents and support procurement processes in coordination with procurement and business departments. • Develop and maintain the supplier network to ensure service delivery capability. • Compile relevant key figures and analyses for the area of responsibility. • Ensure compliance with time, quality, and cost requirements. What You'll Need • Completed degree or comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in Vendor, Sourcing, or Resource Management. • Experience in managing external service providers or personnel service providers. • IT affinity for projects involving external workforce. • Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or comparable VMS systems is advantageous. • Proficient in MS Office. • Very good written and spoken German and English skills. • Structured, independent, and analytical working style.
