iO Associates are aligned with an innovative engineering business specialising in advanced manufacturing and composite technologies. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from kick-off through to completion, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including plans, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, customers and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks, costs and schedules, implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting.

Key Requirements

• Proven project management experience within manufacturing, engineering or a technical environment, delivering physical products through industrialisation into production.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets and competing deadlines.
• Background in aerospace, automotive or space is desirable, ideally with exposure to composites or materials science.
• Strong communication, planning, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable: Composites manufacturing, APM/PMP/PRINCE2 certification, grant-funded projects or AS9100 exposure.
