The Role • Manage and grow a substantial existing book of personal lines insurance business. • Drive new business development through proactive client outreach and lead generation. • Conduct thorough client needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. • Collaborate with a dedicated back-office team for administrative and quoting support. • Ensure adherence to compliance, carrier underwriting, and regulatory guidelines. What You'll Need • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license. • Demonstrated experience with personal lines insurance products. • Proven track record in consultative sales and client relationship management. • Ability to effectively manage a book of business and achieve retention goals. • Proficiency with agency management systems, such as Applied EPIC. • Familiarity with compliance, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
