Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager (Financial Accountant) - Family Office / Hospitality Holdings
Location: Central London (office-based, 5 days)
Salary: £50,000 plus 10% bonus + excellent benefits
Type: Permanent

About the Role:
* Own day-to-day and end-to-end accounting for multiple entities: AP, AR, cashflow, month-end, year-end, and reporting
* Work closely with the CFO, Finance Director, and business leaders, with real impact on investments and operations
* Exceptionally hands-on environment-no rigid processes, accountability is valued over hierarchy

Must-Have Experience:
* 3-5 years' accounting experience (qualified by experience or part-qualified)
* Confident across end-to-end AP/AR, cash flow, and financial close for multiple entities
* Able to adapt and problem-solve without rigid process manuals-intellectually agile, strong commercial awareness
* Full-time office presence; 1 WFH day/month

Nice-to-Have:
* Family office or holding company accounting experience
* Exposure to mid-market corporate structures or hospitality/real estate sectors
* Experience with multi-entity consolidation and FX transactions
