The Role • Safeguard people, property, and assets by monitoring premises for suspicious activity. • Enforce rules and regulations while providing a visible security presence. • Respond to incidents and emergencies, deterring criminal activity and maintaining order. • Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. • Maintain a safe and secure environment through active observation and patrolling. What You'll Need • Excellent observational and de-escalation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration. • Commitment to ethical practices and adherence to all safety protocols. • Intermediate computer skills. • At least one year of customer service-related experience. • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
