Job Description

This role is onsite in Atlant, GA

We are looking for a Data Center Site Lead to lead and support the daily operations of our mission-critical data center environments. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience combined with strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as technical leader and people leader
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working in a data center, NOC, or infrastructure support environment.
  • Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS fundamentals and basic command-line usage.
  • Knowledge of rack/stack, structured cabling, power, and cooling best practices.
  • Ability to work with hand tools and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment (shift/rotation flexibility).
