SDET Engineer - W2 only

The following requirement is open with our client. 

Title                                       : SDET Engineer

Location                               :  Deerfield, IL (Onsite)

Duration                              : 6 Months

Rate                                       :  $ 44 /hr on W2

Relevant Experience      : 6+

Job Description:

·         Strong hands-on experience in Software Quality Engineering, functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.

·         Strong test automation experience using Cypress or a comparable modern automation framework.

·         Hands-on scripting experience in JavaScript or TypeScript for automation development.

·         Experience in web application testing across multiple browsers and user journeys.

·         API testing experience using Postman, REST API tools, Swagger, REST Assured, or equivalent.

·         Ability to create test strategy, test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.

·         Experience converting manual regression scenarios into automated test suites.

·         Experience with defect management, root cause analysis, retesting, and production release validation.

·         Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery and participation in sprint ceremonies.

·         Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.
