Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of EX platform implementation and configuration engagements for assigned End Clients.

Oversee project governance, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and project documentation.

Act as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned EX client accounts, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and manage dependencies across EX PS workstreams.

Produce and maintain high-quality delivery documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and client handover packs.

Facilitate client-facing delivery governance meetings, sprint reviews, and executive steering committees.

Translate client requirements into delivery plans and configuration briefs for technical teams.

Proactively identify and escalate risks and blockers to EX PS leadership.

Working hours aligned to UK / US Eastern Time (EST/EDT), Monday to Friday.
