Job Description: Seeking an experienced Salesforce Software Tester to join a hybrid team. You will define and execute test strategies, design test plans and cases, conduct unit/system/UAT testing, manage defect tracking, and support deployment activities. The role emphasizes ensuring quality across Salesforce applications, implementing QA standards, and collaborating with business and IT teams through Azure DevOps and SDLC practices.

3+ years as a Software Tester focused on Salesforce applications Independent development of testing strategies, test plans, and test cases Proficiency with Azure DevOps for documentation, collaboration, and task management Solid understanding of Agile, Iterative, and Traditional SDLC and testing practices Experience with performance, regression, and load testing, defect tracking, and UAT support
