3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer<br />My mulit award winning and very well established client, is in need of a fully office-based, 3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer position located in Norwich City Centre..<br />You will be the highest tier of internal technical support, responsible for maintaining, securing, and innovating the company’s core infrastructure.

• Virtualisation: Managing and configuring virtualised server environments.
• Microsoft Ecosystem: Administering Windows Servers, Desktop OS, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Networking: Configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and IP routing.
• Cloud Support: Managing cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 email environments.<br />Operational Expectations
• No Remote Work: The role is strictly 100% on-site at the Norwich office.
• Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• On-Call/Flexibility: You must be willing to perform out-of-hours maintenance when needed.
