Sales Lead Generator | Palo Alto, CA | On-site | $20 - $22 per hour + commission

The Role

  • Engage customers in friendly conversations within a national retail home improvement store.
  • Discuss HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency solutions.
  • Schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Work in a retail environment representing a reputable home service brand.

What You'll Need

  • Willingness to enthusiastically approach and engage retail shoppers.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality; prior sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours during a shift.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the assigned retail location.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
