Release Train Engineer

Insurance/P&C:

• Don't necessarily need it but it's very helpful.
• Had someone slide internally from the bank and it was fine.

Personality:

• They must deal with a lot of personalities.
• What they look for with FTEs they note that personal interaction style is a big factor. 
• In this space there have been some strong personalities in the past that it's my way or highway no questions asked. 
• That is not the case with the space now. Leader is now more open.
• Anybody that is a professional and can handle political landscape and interactions.
• Collaborative and Predictive, not reactive.

PROJECT/TEAM/LEADER:

• • Needs a RTE because need to reach out to other RTEs, scrums, understand statuses. Know the risks they're taking on. 

LOCATION: San Antonio.

Experience: 

• RTE experience is preferred, but not a showstopper if they don't. 
• Don't hold back. Would rather talk to them and vet out on their scrum exp what they know about RTE role.
