Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Solution Architect (IRM / AI) | W2 Opportunity 🚨

W2 opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Solution Architect with a strong consulting background and deep expertise in IRM, Security Operations, and AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.

This is NOT a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator role. If your experience is primarily development or platform administration, this is not the right fit. We are looking for experienced Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, or Technical Architects who have led client-facing advisory and implementation engagements.

This role is approximately 99% advisory/consulting, working directly with customers to design solutions, lead workshops, and deliver executive presentations. Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical solutions (including PowerPoint presentations) are essential.

Required Experience

✔️ 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
✔️ Strong consulting background with client-facing implementation and advisory experience
✔️ Deep expertise in:

• Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Security Operations (SecOps)
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Risk Management
• Policy & Compliance
• Audit Management
• Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management (TPRM)
  ✔️ Experience with Now Assist
  ✔️ Experience with AI Control Tower (AICT)
  ✔️ Experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and solution architecture

Required Certifications

• ✅ CSA
• ✅ CAD
• ✅ At least one CIS certification (SecOps, Risk, or IRM preferred)

Architect-level candidates should have strong consulting experience and additional certifications are highly preferred.
