Trainee Composite Laminator – Training School (Poole)

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a desire to learn and build a hands-on career in manufacturing. No previous experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to develop new skills.

Based at our Poole Training School , you will receive full training in composite laminating techniques used in luxury yacht production. You'll gain practical experience in:

• Fibreglass laminating and resin application
• Mould preparation and material handling
• Reading basic technical instructions and drawings
• Trimming, finishing, and quality checks
• Working safely with tools, materials, and PPE
