THE HEADLINES:

Title: HR Manager

Experience required: 5 years + CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

Location: London

Type of Company: Planning-led SME

Hybrid working: Yes (3 days in London)

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function. Working closely with the Executive Director of People, the role will manage and

develop the HR team, lead complex employee relations, improve HR systems and processes

and ensure the function provides a responsive, high-quality service to managers and

employees.

The successful candidate will be a strong HR generalist and people manager with sound

judgement, commercial awareness and operational discipline.
