Senior Clinical Data Analyst

Position Overview

Seeking a Senior Clinical Data Analyst to support teammate-facing clinical applications, clinical metric frameworks, and complex healthcare data workflows. This role will combine advanced analytics, data engineering, and clinical workflow expertise to deliver accurate, scalable, and actionable reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of reporting solutions and data pipelines for core clinical metrics.
• Develop and maintain clinical metrics such as Permanent CVC Order Utilization, Care Activity On-Time Reporting, Pure Flow Flagging, and Vital Check Compliance.
• Partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders to define metrics, establish baselines, and analyze clinical workflows.
• Build and optimize advanced SQL queries, data pipelines, and BigQuery data models to enable scalable self-service analytics.
• Automate Key Result (KR) reporting and eliminate manual reporting processes.
• Perform peer reviews, data quality checks, validation, and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve clinical data anomalies.
• Translate complex clinical and operational data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4 7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL expertise with strong experience developing complex queries, data pipelines, and analytical models.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR/EMR data structures, and clinical quality metrics.
• Experience with Python and ETL/data engineering scripting is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data validation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
