Computer Operations Manager

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.

Certifications in the field

Required Experience:

1.      12+ years of IT work experience with exposure to multi-platform environments.

2.      Experience Leading and managing the delivery of IT services across the program, ensuring alignment with business needs and service level expectations.

3.      Experience overseeing the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of IT assets including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printer, and servers.

4.      Experience developing  and implementing IT service management processes: incident, problem, change, and request management.

5.      Experience coordinating and supporting enterprise-wide software rollouts, updates, and patch management activities.

6.      Experience monitoring and improving service desk performance, timely resolution of user issues, and high customer satisfaction.

7.      Experience ensuring compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements across all service delivery activities.

8.      Experience reading and following the Department’s Procedures and Policies.

9.      Experience understanding and enforcing the Department’s Policies and Procedures.

10.  Experience documenting solutions to Technology issues.

11.  Experience traveling to remote sites to resolve IT related issues and/or to deploy resources.

12.  Experience performing other related duties as assigned.
