The Role • Lead Human Factors (HF) integration across the full product lifecycle, from concept to in-service support. • Manage and support the Human Factors Integration Management System for key product areas, including core platforms and cockpit integration. • Collaborate with Human Factors product leads to ensure seamless integration and alignment with program objectives. • Mentor and develop team members, driving high standards and consistency in HF integration across multiple products and initiatives. • Interface with customers, partners, and regulators in relevant forums. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a relevant human science or Human Factors discipline, or equivalent knowledge. • Chartership or senior/full/accredited membership with a professional body (e.g., CIEHF, SIE, JES), or equivalent knowledge and experience. • Experience in the defence and/or aviation sectors, ensuring best practices and compliance. • Proven ability to tailor HF approaches to meet project priorities, balancing time, cost, and resources. • Experience in managing and integrating human factors across complex systems.
