We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing IT Relationship Manager to bridge the gap between manufacturing operations and digital technology. In this role, you will act as the primary IT partner for site leadership at a premier, large-scale electronics manufacturing facility, ensuring technology strategies align with production demands. Responsibilities


Act as the Strategic IT Liaison: Serve as the primary IT interface for plant leadership, translating complex operational needs into actionable digital strategies.


Drive Digital Roadmap & Strategy: Define, own, and evolve the plant-level manufacturing IT roadmap while aligning local initiatives with global corporate standards.


Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with plant management, supply chain, quality, and global IT delivery teams to prioritize tech initiatives and manage project scope.


Promote Innovation: Advocate for value-driven digital solutions that enhance plant safety, product quality, operational performance, and cost efficiency.


Support Compliance & Audits: Ensure all localized IT solutions fully support continuous improvement initiatives and comply with SOX requirements and audit standards.


Problem Solve & Improve: Apply structured analysis to critical technology and process issues, driving improvements through performance reviews and action follow-ups.


Qualifications


Must-Have Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).


Minimum of 7 years of technical experience, featuring at least 5 years in IT business partnership roles specifically within a manufacturing environment (OR 5 to 8 years in IT service management with at least 3 years in a management/leadership position).


Extensive leadership experience across IT business partnering, service delivery, and technical program management.


Proven stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and advise senior plant and business leaders.


Ability to travel approximately 10% to 20% as required for key projects.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:


Experience operating within highly regulated manufacturing environments.


Background in electronics manufacturing or high-volume production sectors.


Direct experience managing IT compliance within a SOX-regulated framework.
