About the opportunity

CMI Toyota is looking for the next Pre Delivery Centre Manager for our team at Regency Park. Your new role

In your new role as Pre Delivery Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overall leadership of our busy Regency Park Pre Delivery Centre
  • Providing guidance to workshop managers as well as management of a dedicated admin team
  • Setting goals, KPIs and budgets, overseeing successful completion of these
  • Running weekly toolbox meetings, ensuring a focus on safety and quality
  • Liaising and collaborating with other internal departments, eg. Sales and Service
  • Proactively advocating for positive culture and a safety first environment

Most importantly, you'll become an important part of a broader Service leadership team where quality, safety and teamwork matter.

About you

In this role, you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within an automotive workshop environment
  • A true focus on culture, guiding and mentoring the people that make a business
  • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to budget, delegate and set goals/priorities
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • A keen eye for detail, with strength in proactively identifying continuous process improvement
