Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and be proficient in scripting, integrations, and platform customization.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Workflows, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery.
• Experience with ACLs, UI Builder, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with SecOps or IT Operations Management.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Build workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices.
