Maintain accurate technical documentation, estimates, and proposals while ensuring alignment with pricing models, margin expectations, and risk management practices. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced technical professional with a background in solutions architecture, technical sales, or network engineering within the fiber, telecommunications, or digital infrastructure space. You should have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously. 8+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions architecture, network engineering, or related roles within fiber, telecommunications, or digital infrastructure industries. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another related technical field. Strong understanding of end-to-end fiber network architecture, including Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) design principles, transport technologies, and capacity planning. Experience translating complex technical requirements into clear customer-facing proposals, solution designs, and architectural documentation. Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders and external customers. Proficiency with data analysis and modeling tools such as Excel or Google Sheets for cost estimation, financial analysis, and ROI calculations. Experience using network design tools and GIS mapping software. Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail. Previous experience in pre-sales, engineering support, operations, or broadband/fiber internet environments is preferred. Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management methodologies is a plus. Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, site visits, and training (approximately 10–20%). Benefits: Competitive base salary range of $130,000–$160,000. Eligibility for commission-based compensation. Fully remote position within the United States.
