Position: Network Engineer II – Telecom Administrator
Location: Wisconsin
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Important: Candidates must be currently residing in Wisconsin. This position is not open to nationwide candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for telecommunications and collaboration solutions.
• Support and analyze telecommunication services, network/server hardware, software, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across projects and business teams.
• Coordinate service provisioning, infrastructure hosting, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
• Support the integration of telecom-related hardware and software for the ETF Call Center.
• Act as a technical liaison between Call Center management, IT teams, business users, and vendors.
• Support collaboration tools and end-user technology.
• Follow ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Request Fulfillment processes.
• Research and support new technologies, technology integration, training, and user adoption.
• Develop user documentation, how-to instructions, training materials, and service portals.
• Partner with business analysts, technology teams, vendors, and end users to deliver solutions.

Ideal Background:
Experience with network/telecommunications, collaboration tools, technical troubleshooting, ITIL/ITSM, service operations, call center technology, infrastructure, and vendor coordination.
