FULL TIME ROLE || Site Reliability Engineer W/ HIPAA & StartUp Experience

	Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) w/ Startup Experience
Location	San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (100% Onsite)
Duration	Full-Time (Permanent)
Note	Must have startup experience, stable work history no job hoppers , no recent Big Tech, consulting, or traditional finance. they want HIPPA experience and some start-up experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
• Must have recent high-growth startup experience (no recent Big Tech).
• Strong Software Engineering (SWE) background.
• Strong coding experience in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience improving high-availability, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • AWS
  • Kubernetes
  • Helm
  • Terraform
  • Terragrunt
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • Kafka
• Experience automating:
  • Infrastructure provisioning (single-tenant)
  • Deployment pipelines for applications or ML models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries (especially HealthTech/HIPAA).
• Open-source contributions.
• LinkedIn recommendations from colleagues/managers.
