Senior Analyst, HR Technology Solutions

Waste Management (WM) is seeking a Senior Analyst, HR Technology Solutions to optimize and support our HR systems across North America. In this role, you will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to enhance HR technology capabilities, configure and maintain HRIS modules, and deliver analytics that drive data-informed workforce decisions. You will lead requirements gathering, testing, and deployment of new features, ensure data accuracy and security, and provide user support and training. Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize HR technology and HRIS modules to support HR operations.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven HR decisions.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment of new HR system features and integrations.
• Monitor data quality, ensure compliance with security and privacy standards, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption of HR technology solutions.
• Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives leveraging technology and automation.
