Planning &amp; Scheduling<br />Budget &amp; Cost Control<br />Managing Contractors &amp; Trades<br />Quality Control<br />Health &amp; Safety<br />Client Communication<br />Design &amp; Documentation<br />Materials &amp; Procurement<br />Problem Solving<br />Handover &amp; Completion<br />What you'll need: Previous experience as a Project manager on new build sites<br />CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid<br />A proactive, reliable attitude and good eye for detail.
