Job Description

Responsibilities Noblis is looking for an AI Specialist (Collective Portfolio) IV to support our customer in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will serve as a flexible, senior AI expert who embeds within project teams for defined periods (typically 2-6 months) to deliver specialized AI capabilities during critical milestones. You bring deep expertise across multiple AI disciplines - computer vision, geospatial analysis, financial analysis, and entity resolution - and rotate across projects as needs shift. You'll partner with engineering teams to build production-ready AI solutions, ensure ethical data practices, and maintain continuity through documentation and knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities * Process and analyze imagery, video, and visual patterns using machine learning and deep learning techniques. * Implement object detection, optical character recognition (OCR), and scene understanding to extract actionable intelligence from visual data. * Ingest satellite imagery, mapping data, GPS signals, and cartographic information to produce location-based insights. * Apply AI-driven spatial analytics to support geospatial intelligence requirements across operational environments. * Apply time-series analytics, large-scale financial transaction processing, forensic accounting principles, and statistical modeling to uncover hidden patterns in datasets. * Detect anomalous financial activity and support investigative workflows. * Extract and resolve entities across large, disparate datasets to produce consolidated entity lists with full information lineage. * Enable user-driven merge and split functionality and integrate with Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) systems. Required Qualifications * US Citizenship is required * Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. * Bachelor 's Degree with a m inimum of 8 years of experience
* Prrogressive experience across multiple artificial intelligence disciplines (including geo-spatial, financial and entity resolution) , with demonstrated ability to serve as a cross-functional technical asset deployed to support critical project milestones across fluctuating domain requirements.
* Experience processing and analyzing imagery, video, and visual patterns via machine learning and deep learning, including object detection, optical character recognition (OCR), and scene understanding.
* Demonstrated ability to embed deeply within specific project phases for defined durations (and operate under a standard 30-day operational notice window for personnel rotations or project surges.
* Proven ability to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer during personnel rotations or project surges, ensuring continuity of operations across team transitions. Desired Qualifications * Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph * Master's degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
* Experience operating across multiple intelligence or defense domains simultaneously, with the ability to rapidly context-switch between disparate mission sets.
* Experience supporting U.S. Government, Department of Defense, or Intelligence Community programs with familiarity navigating classified environments, agency reporting structures, and funding constraints.
* Hands-on proficiency with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch , or equivalent for building and deploying production-grade AI models.
* Experience deploying AI solutions on government-approved cloud platforms (such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent).

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $132,900.00 - USD $207,750.00 /Yr.
