Corporate Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare project-wise budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Monitor project profitability, cost analysis, and variance reporting.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports for management and investors.
• Track project cash flows and fund utilization.
• Analyze financial performance and present actionable insights.

Project Finance & Treasury

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for project funding.
• Manage loan documentation, drawdowns, compliance, and debt servicing.
• Monitor working capital and liquidity requirements.

Business Coordination

• Work closely with various teams on project funding.
• Support management in strategic financial decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• CA / MBA Finance / CMA preferred.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in real estate finance.
• Strong understanding of:
• Real estate project financing
• Cash flow management
• Financial modelling
• MIS reporting
