Senior Systems Engineer

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior Systems Engineer in Canberra. We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Delivering expert support and advice for Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Automating tasks and streamlining implementations using PowerShell scripting.
• Collaborating with technical teams to integrate Microsoft 365 with existing infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues to maintain optimal system performance.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
