Looking for Coupa Business Systems Admin.

Location: US remote

contract

Coupa Business Systems Admin to own day-to-day support, projects, and system enhancements.

Hands-on Coupa implementation and production support experience.
Experience supporting U.S. operations and international Coupa rollouts, including localization, multiple entities, currencies, and country-specific requirements.
Strong Procure-to-Pay knowledge across Supplier Information Management, Purchasing, Invoicing, Sourcing, and approvals.
Experience supporting supplier onboarding, updates, reactivation, duplicate prevention, and master data.
Experience with PO-backed and non-PO invoices, invoice exceptions, credit memos, voids, accruals, and matching.
Experience managing enhancements from requirements gathering through UAT and deployment.
Experience monitoring, reconciling, and troubleshooting Coupa-to-NetSuite integrations.
Understanding of NetSuite as the system of record for supplier, accounting, invoice, and payment data.
Working knowledge of NetSuite configurations, workflows, saved searches, and master data.
Ability to independently resolve issues and work directly with Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders.
Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close.
SOX compliance, audit support, and system documentation experience.

Preferred:

Experience with Okta, Ironclad, or other Coupa-connected systems.
Experience in a multi-subsidiary and multi-currency environment.
