This is a Full-Time Hybrid Position (3 Days Per Week On-Site) in Washington, DC 20415 supporting a Large Government Consulting Firm working with OPM Government Agency Program. This position does require an Active Government Clearance (Public Trust or Higher) to be considered for this opportunity.

Job Description:

Required Skills

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant responsible for leading requirements and design workshops and translating business needs into end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with primary expertise in Time and Labor and Absence Management.

Delivers configuration, fit/gap analysis, integrations, security, reporting, and SIT/UAT support, with experience across payroll/finance touchpoints, defect resolution, stakeholder management, and hybrid team leadership.

Education and Experience

• Requires 7+ years of HCM experience

Mandatory Qualifications

• Multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Oracle Time and Labor Cloud 2025 certification
• Oracle Absence Management Cloud 2025 certification
