Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Instructional Coordinators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Deliver instructor-led and virtual technical training across cloud and technology-related subjects.
2. Develop and adapt training materials, demonstrations, exercises, and learning activities for different audiences.
3. Assess learner progress, identify skill gaps, and provide feedback and recommendations for continued development.
4. Collaborate with technical teams and learning stakeholders to align training programs with current technology and business needs.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3+ years of experience in technical training, instructional delivery, cloud technologies, IT education, or related areas.
Technical Skills	AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Cloud Architecture, DevOps, Cloud Security, Technical Training, Virtual Training Platforms
Business / Domain Skills	Technical Training, Cloud Upskilling, Curriculum Delivery, Learner Assessment, Adult Learning, Stakeholder Collaboration
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience delivering multi-cloud or vendor-neutral technical training programs.
2. Current certification in one or more major cloud platforms is preferred.
3. Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and learner-engagement skills.
