We're looking for passionate professionals to join our Process Excellence & Digital Transformation team and help drive Enterprise-wide Transformation through Lean Six Sigma, Agile Methodologies, Operational excellence, Business Process Innovation, and Digital Excellence across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic Process Excellence and business transformation initiatives across business functions
• Drive the adoption of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Digital Excellence methodologies to enhance operational performance
• Partner with business leaders to simplify processes, improve productivity, and deliver measurable business outcome
• Develop governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Benchmark global best practices and implement scalable, world-class process improvement initiatives
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, capability building, and effective change management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)
• 6-8 years of experience in Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, or Digital Transformation
• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Process Re-engineering, Agile (SAFe/Scrum), and continuous improvement methodologies
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred (Black Belt is an added advantage)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, transformation-driven environment
