• Hands-on experience with modern cloud-native development and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Provide technical and design leadership within sprint teams.
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Translate architecture standards into team-level solutions.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
• Experience with AI-assisted developer tools is preferred.
