Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall MDM architecture, including match/merge engine, survivorship rules, and golden record strategy.
• Design identity resolution rules to unify patient records across multiple healthcare platforms.
• Develop deterministic and probabilistic match/merge logic and define survivorship rules.
• Design the MDM data model, including crosswalk/Xref tables and golden record architecture.
• Establish exception handling and data stewardship workflows for unresolved identity matches.
• Define data quality thresholds and confidence scoring standards.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, Data Engineering, and Data Modeling teams to implement scalable MDM solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) architecture.
• Expertise with Profisee, Azure Purview MDM, Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, or similar MDM platforms.
• Experience with Identity Resolution, Match/Merge, Golden Record, and Survivorship Rules.
• Strong understanding of Master Patient Index (MPI) and healthcare patient identity management.
• Experience in Healthcare Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with deterministic and probabilistic matching algorithms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
