Day-to-day Responsibilities: 
The Appian Senior Developer leads the design and delivery of complex Appian solutions, translating business needs into robust, scalable applications and executable workflows. This role is accountable for building dynamic user interfaces, designing complex business rules, and troubleshooting technical issues across Appian design objects. In addition to strong technical execution, the Senior/Lead Designer brings experience in business process management and reengineering, integrations with web services, databases, and other systems, and leadership of Appian development teams. 
The role requires a deep understanding of Appian platform capabilities, proven enterprise software delivery experience, and strong communication skills to guide both technical and business stakeholders. 

Expected Deliverables: Supporting development of a modernized CaseTRAC system through technical design and development activities 

Education: 
• Appian Certified Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer Certifications 
• 1-2 years of experience working in Appian 
• 3+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development 
• Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities 
• Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications, specifically Appian 
• Strong problem solving and design skills 
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Experience with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum"\
