Job Description

About the Role

This is the first dedicated GTM hire at a fast-growing, YC-backed enterprise AI startup building agents that automate complex ERP implementations, system migrations, and integrations. You'll report directly to the CEO and own the entire top-of-funnel motion — building the pipeline, the systems, and eventually the team behind it. The opportunity exists because inbound demand is outpacing what a single founder can carry.

What You'll Do

  • Define and refine the ICP, then build outbound sequences, targeting lists, and prospecting campaigns from scratch.

  • Set up and instrument the full GTM stack — CRM, sequencing, enrichment, routing, and reporting — so outbound compounds over time.

  • Execute the unglamorous work too: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and conference floors to fill the calendar with qualified conversations.

  • Run early-stage marketing efforts including content, product launches, and engagement with an existing developer and open-source community.

  • Run your own discovery calls and product demos, with a clear path toward owning full-cycle deals as the motion matures.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a GTM role (SDR, BDR, AE, growth, or GTM engineering) at a startup or high-growth B2B company.

  • A pipeline you personally built — with numbers to back it up.

  • Demonstrated experience selling to or engaging technical buyers such as CTOs, heads of data, IT leadership, or engineering teams.

  • Hands-on proficiency with GTM automation and CRM tools (e.g. Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, n8n, or equivalents).

  • Experience defining ICP and building GTM systems from the ground up, not just executing within established processes.

  • Full professional fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.

  • Background in technical product sales or marketing — enterprise software, APIs, infrastructure, or data platforms.

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERPs, CRMs, or data platforms is a strong plus.

  • Experience with developer community building or early-stage marketing is a plus.

  • Comfortable with scrappy, high-ownership environments; preference for building over following playbooks.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €80,000 – €140,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
