The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers to join our growing engineering team.
This is an opportunity to work on significant platform initiatives in a collaborative, engineering-led environment where quality, simplicity, automation and continuous improvement matter.
Working alongside the Head of Engineering, Product Manager, UX/UI specialists, Data professionals and fellow Senior Engineers, you'll help design, build and evolve modern software solutions while contributing to technical excellence across the team.
This role offers the opportunity to influence technical decisions, mentor others and work on complex engineering challenges that will have a genuine impact across the organisation.
What You'll Be Working On
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions
- Build scalable backend services, APIs and integrations
- Develop modern user experiences and business applications
- Deliver reliable, secure and maintainable software
- Take ownership of features from design through deployment
Platform & Systems Development
- Develop distributed and event-driven platform capabilities
- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions
- Build workflow-enabled business solutions and automation capabilities
- Solve complex integration and data challenges
- Support platform scalability, resilience and long-term maintainability
- Apply contemporary software engineering techniques and practices
- Utilise AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns and best practices
- Champion quality, automation and operational excellence
- Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Data and Technology Operations teams
- Mentor engineers through coaching, code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with fellow Senior Engineers to solve complex problems
- Share expertise and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex software solutions
- Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices
- Experience building scalable, secure and reliable applications
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative engineering team
Highly Desirable
- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Experience with cloud-native platforms and modern development practices
- Experience with workflow orchestration and automation platforms
- Experience with analytics, reporting or data-driven solutions
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and practices
- Previous experience within PropTech, strata, property, workflow or financial systems environments
