Job Description

Key Requirements
  • Strong experience with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and end-to-end observability (metrics, logs, traces).
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, AWS Connect, Salesforce, Snowflake, databases, and APIs.
  • Experience defining SLIs, SLOs, KPIs, dashboards, alerting strategies, and monitoring architecture.
  • Proven ability to reduce alert noise, improve incident response, and enhance platform reliability.
  • Strong background in SRE, observability architecture, and hands-on implementation.
