Lead Business Systems Analyst (SAP)

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
· At least 8 years of SAP Commerce solutions project implementation experience.
· A minimum of 3 years of experience leading full lifecycle SAP Commerce project
implementations.
· Strong functional understanding of B2B Sales processes and concepts.
· Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions that drive operational efficiencies.
· Demonstrated ability to produce functional specifications for deliverables of varying size,
from small enhancements to large projects.
· Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency at addressing complex
challenges.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively
with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior management.
· Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and data structures preferred.
· Working knowledge of middleware solutions and integration concepts a plus.
· SAP Commerce Cloud Certification a plus.
