Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM) Cloud SME to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering Oracle EPCM Cloud implementations, with strong functional expertise in Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Cost Allocation, and Financial Reporting.

Candidates should possess Life Sciences industry experience and have worked in highly regulated environments requiring compliance with audit, security, and data governance standards. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, manage integrations, and support enterprise-wide profitability and financial planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM) Cloud implementations.
• Conduct business requirement gathering, solution design, and fit-gap analysis.
• Configure and implement Oracle EPCM Cloud applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and business stakeholders to define profitability and cost allocation models.
• Design and manage data integration, metadata management, and interface solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Planning Cloud, Consolidation Cloud, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management modules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit controls, and internal data governance standards.
• Develop functional specifications, solution design documents, and technical documentation.
• Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Support testing, deployment, production rollout, and post-implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize system performance and improve business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall Oracle EPM implementation experience.
• Proven experience delivering at least two (2) full lifecycle Oracle EPCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong expertise in:
