- Fully remote, flexible working environment with autonomy over your schedule.
- Opportunity to work in a high trust engineering culture with low bureaucracy and meaningful ownership.
- Competitive salary based on experience and technical expertise.
- Genuine player coach role allowing you to remain deeply technical while developing a team.
- Direct collaboration with senior technical leadership and influence over platform evolution.
- Opportunity to work on complex global data systems supporting critical business processes.
- Exposure to modern AI first engineering practices and the chance to shape how teams use emerging development technologies.
- Small, experienced engineering team with strong collaboration across international locations.
- Flexible asynchronous work practices supported by modern collaboration tools.
- Opportunity to improve engineering processes, architecture, and delivery standards.
