Title:  SAP VIM Consultant

Job Description:

Strong SAP VIM experience is required.
• SAP VIM is a mandatory skill for this role.
• 10+ years of SAP VIM experience required.
• Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of SAP FICO and SAP MM.
• There is a possibility of extension after the initial 6-month term.
• Job description:

Application Support & Incident Resolution
• Provide functional support for SAP VIM-related incidents, and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution activities to minimize business disruption.
• Monitor and support day-to-day SAP VIM operations, including document processing, workflow execution and exception handling.
• Ensure operational continuity and timely resolution of processing issues.

Enhancements
• Analyze business requirements and implement approved SAP VIM enhancements, configuration changes
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Project & Initiative Support
• Support SAP VIM-related project activities, including new business requirements, system changes, testing, deployments, and implementation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
• Work closely with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to address requirements and issues.
