This is a great opportunity to be part of the world's largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites. You will be responsible for leading the Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk team delivering Desktop and Enterprise Application support, with a strong focus on customer experience, continuous improvement, and service performance.
