The Role

• Partner with leadership on recruitment strategies to source and attract top talent.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and organizational planning.
• Interpret and apply HR policies to develop solutions that balance business and employee needs.
• Collaborate with employees and leaders to define clear career paths and development opportunities.
• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR or a business-related role.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
