Power Automate Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Power Automate Administrator to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise applications that drive business operations. This role will lead application initiatives, manage system integrations, improve automation, and ensure applications remain secure, reliable, and scalable. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities:
* Administer, support, and optimize enterprise applications and business systems
* Lead application deployments, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
* Manage and support SharePoint environments, permissions, governance, and workflows
* Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and scripting tools
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues
* Design and maintain integrations between applications, databases, and third-party platforms
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
* Develop documentation, standards, and best practices
* Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational requirements
* Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
* 5+ years of experience with enterprise application administration
* Strong experience with SharePoint administration
* Strong experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
* Experience with Python or similar programming languages
* Experience supporting and integrating enterprise applications
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with APIs, middleware, and system integrations
* Experience supporting CRM, ERP, or collaboration platforms
* Experience with SQL and database technologies
* Experience working in cross-functional project environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
