Responsibilities

Own the product value stream vision which will be the north star for driving strategic outcomes for the Scrum Teams supported

Inspire the team to deliver upon the goals

Lead the product functional design process and create the product roadmap based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology

Work in an agile environment by continuously reviewing the business needs refining priorities outlining milestones and deliverables and identifying opportunities and risks

Create features and functionalities which enable achieving business goals by collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree or equivalent with customer centric mindset to focus on client needs

7 years working in agile culture with 5 years of relevant experience working as a lead Product Owner for a program preferably in banking domain

Demonstrated ability to prioritize the items that maximize business value while receiving requests from multiple stakeholders at the same times

Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and team members to drive collaboration and alignment
