Required Experience

• 5+ Years: Serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.

• Agile Facilitation: Proven experience leading core Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, VersionOne).

Desired / Preferred Experience

• Certifications & Background: Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification and prior experience operating as a Project Manager.

• Agile & SDLC Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS), coupled with a strong understanding of modern SDLC, Secure Application Development Lifecycle (SADLC), and DevOps practices.

• Leadership & Coaching: Demonstrated ability to lead multiple Agile teams within a scaled program context. Proven success in coaching teams on continuous improvement and guiding Product Owners in backlog refinement, story decomposition, estimation, and value prioritization.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong capability to rapidly remove impediments, negotiate dependencies, and foster collaboration across engineering, QA, product, architecture, compliance, and operations teams.

• Domain Knowledge: Experience supporting medical or financial systems, specifically complex, enterprise-level financial or debt management software solutions. Deep understanding of regulatory, privacy, and security considerations (e.g., PCI, SOC, FFIEC, CFPB).

• Technical Environments: Background supporting integration-heavy, API-driven, or data-centric systems within fast-paced, cloud-first environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
