Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), OmniStudio, Licensing, Permitting & Inspections (LPI), Experience Cloud, and Apex development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions for public sector and government clients.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
Strong knowledge of Licensing, Permitting & Inspections (LPI) business processes.
Experience with OmniStudio, including:
OmniScripts
FlexCards
DataRaptors
Integration Procedures
Experience with Business Rules Engine (BRE) and Decision Tables.
Experience developing citizen-facing portals using Experience Cloud.
Strong development skills in:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce Data Model & Schema Design
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and deployment best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementation experience.
Experience working with state, local, or federal government agencies.
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
OmniStudio Developer Certification.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Salesforce Public Sector Solutions applications.
Configure and customize Licensing, Permitting & Inspections (LPI) functionality.
Build OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
Configure Business Rules Engine and Decision Tables.
Develop and support Experience Cloud citizen portals.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and government systems.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Nice to Have
Government Cloud experience.
Permit and licensing workflow implementation experience.
MuleSoft integration experience.
Experience with public sector digital transformation initiatives.
